* 6 to 8 pork chops
* 3/4 cups milk
* 2 cans 10¾ oz cream of mushroom soup
* 2 cups chopped onions, thinly sliced
* 1 (8oz) package fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
* 1/2 tsp pepper
* 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Brown pork chops on both sides, seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix together milk and mushroom soup in a bowl. In a large casserole dish, layer half the pork chops and cover with half of onions, and mushrooms. Pour half of mushroom soup mixture over top and repeat layers ending with soup mixture. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours, or until pork chops are tender.
*Serve with potatoes, the gravy is great on top of them.
