4 eggs
2 ½ cups sugar
4 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons vanilla (white Mexican vanilla is best)
¼ teaspoon salt
5 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until mixed. Slowly add cream. Stir in vanilla, salt and milk. Place in ice cream maker and follow manufacturers directions. Note: Pasteurized egg products such as Egg Beaters may be used in place of eggs for people that are concerned about eating raw eggs.
