Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 or 5 large apples
about ¼ cup flour
¾ to 1 c of sugar
1 T cinnamon
1 or 2 cans of biscuits
oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel, core and cut apples put in a quart pan, can add a little water. Than mix flour and sugar together and add it and cinnamon on the apples. I always add a little lemon juice for extra twang as we call it but optional. Cook on medium hit stirring to keep from sticking once it begins to cook. When it is done let it cool. After it is cool roll out biscuits or at least the first can. Roll out big enough to put your apples in. It does not take a lot to feel it usually about 1 T. After you have them roll out lay them on paper plates with a little flour so they don't stick. Hit up the frying pan with a good amount of oil so as to cover the bottom of the pan about ½ inch or so. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Make sure the oil is on medium hit while cooking. Can mix some powder sugar with water or milk for a glaze but optional. Be careful not to add too much liquid at a time. It does not take much for it.
