2 cups sugar
1 cup Oil
3 eggs
2 Tbsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
2 cups flour
¼ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp baking soda
3 Tbsp cinnamon
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and oil. Add eggs, vanilla, stirring well. Stir in zucchini.
Mix all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture along with nuts and raisins.

Put in greased 9x13 pan. Bake about 1 hour at 325º.
