2 large cans apricots
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar (Packed)
1 cup quick oats
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Drain apricots, reserving juices. Sift together flour, soda and salt. Blend in 1/3 cup margarine with a pastry blender. Add brown sugar and oats, blend. Melt 1 tablespoon margarine in 8 inch square pan. Press half the oat mixture into pan. Place the apricot halves on top. Top with remaining half of oats mixture. Dot with margarine. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dribble apricot juice on top. Bake at 350º over for 30 minutes.
