1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries, thawed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
3/4 c. chopped pecans
2 T + 1/2 c. sugar, divided
2 1/3 c. flour, divided
2 c. old-fashioned oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. melted butter
3/4 c. caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cranberries, dates, pecans and 2 T. sugar; set aside. Combine 2 c. flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and the remaining sugar. Stir in butter; set aside 1 c. for topping. press the remaining crumb mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Place the remaining flour in a small bowl. Stir in the caramel topping until smooth. Set aside. Sprinkle cranberry mixture over crust. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixtures. Bake at 350 for 30 -35 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
