1 C butter
1 tsp orange extract
1 1/2 C sugar
2 C flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting tops
1 jar raspberry or apricot jam

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, orange extract, and sugar. Stir in 1 C flour at a time mixing well. Chill dough at least two hours. Roll out 1/2 dough to 1/4 inch thickness and chill for 30 min more. Cut with linzer cutter of your choice. Remove excess dough and back at 350 for 12 minutes. Cool
Dust tops with powedered sugar. Spread 2 tsp jam on each cookie bottom. Place tops over bottoms to create sandwich effect.

Yield 10-12 cookies
