1 lb ground beef
1 small onion chopped
3 minced garlic cloves
1 - 26 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
1½ cups of shredded cheese
2 green or red peppers coarsely chopped
2 cups cooked brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown hamburger with onions and garlic in a large skillet. Add peppers- drain to remove fats. Stir in rice, spaghetti sauce and ¾ of the cheese. Spoon into a 2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.
