Ingredients:  
2 lbs potatoes (4 cups, sliced and cooked)
½ C red bermuda onions (chopped)
1 - 8 oz carton cottage cheese
3 T chopped chives
9 T mayonnaise
1½ tsp salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Layer ⅓ of each (3 layers). Cover and chill 24 hours and toss just before serving.
