2-3 pears chopped into dices
1 bag of any kind of salad
1 handful of pine nuts
1 handful of shelled sunflower seeds
3-4 chopped up mushrooms
5 chopped up artichokes hearts
7 peices of sun dried tomatoes julienna cut in oil (perferably sun valley)
1 handful of red onion dices diced
2 handfuls of mini bell peppers sliced
2 avacados diced
sliced peppercini peppers to taste 3 -4
