1 Pkg Graham Crackers (Crushed)
¼ cup butter melted
1 tsp sugar

Filing:
3-8oz pkgs cream cheese softened
5 Eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
1 ½ pints of sour cream
¾ sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Using your food processor pulse graham crackers until fine crumbs. Add melted butter and sugar, pulse until combined.
Press mixture into a 9 x 13 pan.

Beat cream cheese sugar and vanilla until combine. Add eggs one at at time just until incorporated. You don't want to over mix this step. Keep your mixer at medium low.

Bake at 300º for 55 minutes.

In the meantime combine sour cream sugar and vanilla. Pour over cheesecake and bake 5 minutes more.
