2 cups bread with crust, cubed
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup raisins
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Butterscotch Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cold water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350.

Combine bread, sugar, raisins, egg yolks, whole egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon.

Pour into a greased casserole dish, stand dish in a pan of water.

Bake for 1 hour until lightly golden and set.

Butterscotch Sauce:
Mix together sugar and cornstarch add cold water and bring to a boil.

Stirring constantly until mixture thickens.

Add butter, vanilla, vinegar and brandy, mix till smooth.

Pour a little over bread pudding.
