2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
6 Tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
1½ cups milk
4 cups chopped turkey
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 Tbsp water
Italian Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion cook till softened.
Blend in salt and flour, slowly blend in milk, cook until thickened.
Mix in turkey. Place in a bowl. Chill in fridge over nite.
Shape into patties. Combine eggs and water.
Dip first in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs.
Deep fry for 5 minutes until golden brown.

These are very messy to make but oh so worth it.
