3-4 cups strawberries, sliced
2 cups water
2 ½ - 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1 three ounce package strawberry gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan cook sugar, cornstarch and water until completely dissolved and thick. Add the gelatin and pinch of salt. Cool. Place the sliced strawberries in prebaked pie shells. Cover with the gelatin mixture and place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Recipe should be enough to fill two regular or one deep dish prebaked shell.
