1 ½ lb. hamburger
½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

MIX WITH HAMBURGER;
6 oz. stuffing mix
1 med chopped onion
1 cup grated carrots
1 can cream chicken soup
1 cup sour cream

8 cups chunked peeled Zucchini
(I use those big ones for this)

Layer Zucchini and hamburger mixture in greased 3 qt. casserole dish.
Bake @ 350º for 1 hour
