Put all ingredients in pan, and cook until carrots are done to your liking.

I tried for years, to find beef consommé, but it's not easy to find. I've never been able to really duplicate her recipe. It just never tasted the same, although I've tried many, many times.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
She sent me (Diane) a hand written letter with her recipe and said "she was highly flattered to have you ask for my little old receipt after sampling some of those receipts of yours". And yes, she spelled it receipt, not recipe. She also said, "as a bonus for waiting for my receipt, I am including a pizza receipt from scratch that I used to make about 30 years ago. Hope you like it." Her letter was dated April 11, 1991. Her pizza dough was one requiring a yeast cake, and I have never made it. It was easier to purchase ready-made pizza dough.
