Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 lb. each beef, pork and veal
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 slices white bread (pulled apart & tossed with 2 Tbl water)
1/4 tsp each sale & pepper
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the beef, pork, veal, egg, garlic, Romano cheese, parsley, bread, and salt & pepper. Mix well. Add 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs. Mix again, & form into balls. Heat 1/4 inch oil in a large frying pan. In single layer, cook about 4 minutes. Flip, cook 4-6 minutes more. Drain in paper-towel lined bowl.

If you don't want to fry the meatballs, you can put them into a microware safe casserole (in batches), cover with waxed paper, and microware for approximately 5 minutes (depending on how large your meatballs are). Remove with slotted spoon. Be careful not to overcook.
