1 T. yeast
1 T. sugar
1 c. warm water
2½ c. flour
1 t. salt
2 T. rosemary
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place yeast, sugar and water in a large bowl or food processor and allow mixture to become bubbly. Mix in 1 T. butter, salt and 2 c. of flour. Add 1 t. of the chopped rosemary. Knead for about 10 min. by hand or for about 5 min. in the food processor, until smooth and elastic. Add more flour if needed. Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise till double, about one hour.

Punch down, divide in half. Shape into oval loaves, place on greased cookie sheet and sprinkle with remaining rosemary, pressing lightly into the surface. Let rise 45 min.

Bake for 15 - 20 min. in a preheated 375º oven.
