Ingredients:  
2 3/4 cups flour
pinch salt
1 cup Crisco
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/3 cup ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first 2 ingredients, cut in Crisco. Beat next 3 ingredients & pour into dough. Mix. Place dough on floured board & knead until smooth. Add water, if necessary. Form into 2 patties. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate 15 minutes before rolling out.
