1 box chocolate cake mix
1 egg
Cocoa powder
For Filling:
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. marshmallow fluff
3 c. powdered sugar
For Ganache:
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Grease two 9 x 13 inch pans with butter and dust with cocoa powder. Set aside.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions, adding 1 extra egg. Split batter evenly between both pans and bake for 15 - 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely before removing cakes from pans.
For filling: In stand mixer, beat butter and marshmallow fluff together until smooth. On low setting, slowly add powdered sugar. Increase mixer speed and beat 1 minute.
Spread over one layer of cake and top with the other cake.
For ganache: In a small saucepan, bring the heavy cream to an almost boil. Remove from heat and stir in chips. Cool for 10 minutes then pour over cake.
