2 cups cubed cooked ham or browned sausage
½ cup onion
10 flour tortillas (8 inch)
2 cups (8 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2 T flour
4 cups milk
12 eggs
1/2 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat & onions, place ⅓ cup down center of each tortilla, top with ½ the cheese. Roll up, place seam side down in a greased 13x9 dish. In bowl combine flour, milk, eggs and salt. Pour over tortillas. This can be covered and refrigerated for 8 hours ahead of time. Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes, uncover and bake 10-15 minutes more. Sprinkle with
remaining cheese. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Very Good!!
