4 cups boiling water
2 cups oatmeal
½ cup salad oil

Pour boiling water over oatmeal add salad oil and let cool

2 envelopes yeast
⅔ cup warm water (110-120 degrees

Sprinkle yeast in warm water, pinch of sugar, let set for 15 minutes

1⅓ cup brown sugar
4 tsp salt
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Add sugar, eggs and salt to oatmeal mixture, add 4 cups flour, stir. Add yeast mixture, stir and let set for 1 hour.
Add about 8 more cups flour, kneead to a soft sticky dough. Let set until doubled. Form into dinner rolls. Let rise
untill light & doubled in size. Bake a 350º oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
