1½ cups Flour
1 Tbsp Baking Powder
½ cup Sugar
¼ cup Oil
1 Egg
1 cup Milk
2 cups Brown sugar
1½ cups hot water
2 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Whisk the flour and baking powder together in a small bowl.

Beat the sugar, oil and egg together in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the flour mixture
alternately with the milk. Pour into a 9 inch square pan. Dissolve the brown sugar
in the hot water, then stir in the melted butter. Drizzle the syrup over the pudding.

Bake in oven until pudding is firm and become golden brown on top, about 40 minutes.
