3 cans of Cantinia Tomatoe Paste ---each can add water to smooth out paste.

2 tbsp of olive oil

6 links of Italian sausage (sweet) Optional 1 Hot Italian sausage
11/2 lbs. Hamburger

2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1tbsp. of sugar
4 fresh garlic gloves (minced) or 2tbsp. of garlic powder
2 Bay leaves
salt and pepper to your taste

Meatballs
11/2 lbs. hamburger
2 eggs
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/2 Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper and garlic to your tasting.

In a larger sauce pot, add oil and Italian sausage (cut in halves) cook until browned. Add your cans of tomatoe paste with equal amounts of water. Med heat and stir until all is smooth.

Add all your seasonings. And bring to a boil then simmer on low.

Make your Meatballs in a separate bowl.
Brown meatballs in a frying pan on both sides of meatballs.
Add them to your sauce.

Cook sauce on low for 4-5 hrs. Stirring every 30 min.
