4 eggs
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. milk
7 oz. shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 º. Melt butter and add flour and sugar. Mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition. Add milk, vanilla and coconut. Stir until well combined.
Grease and flour 2 pie pans and evenly divide mixture into pans. Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool before serving.
