3 cups flour
3 tsp. Baking powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 cup shortening
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla ext.
2/3 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingred together and drop onto a greased cookie sheet. Heat open to 400º I sprinkle a little white sugar over the top of each cookie before I put them in the oven.
Bake for 10 min. Cool for 1 min and put onto a cooling rack.

These are a soft sugar cookie

This rec. I got from my mom years ago. It was in an old cook book that she had.
There simple but good. And don't need a lot of ingred.
