3 rounded tbsp harina
3 cups whole milk
1 egg (yoke only)
2 tbsp sugar
2 drops of pure vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 cinnamon stick

In a medium saucepan, beat egg yolk. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir constantly over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Continue to cook for approximately 30 minutes or until thickened.

The first time I had this was when Rich and I visited Frank and Helen in Orlando. It was cold outside and this was so warm and yummy. Now when it is cold, Richard will make it for us at breakfast time. Oh so yummy!
