2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3/4 cups shortening
3-4 TBS cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt in mixing bowl.
Cut in shortening until it looks like course bread crumbs.
Add cold water a little at a time until moist enough to form a dough.
Separate into two disks. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

When ready to use, roll out on floured surface to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.

Should make top and bottom crust.

This seems like such an easy recipe. I'm not always successful with it.
Marie Callendar's pie crust is also a good alternative.

This is a versatile crust.
It can be used for sweet or savory dishes.
