3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Two 10-oz packages frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
2 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons panko or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Simmer butter, garlic, and onion in a saucepan until softened. Add cream, nutmeg and cayenne and stir until slightly thickened. Add spinach, salt, 1/4 cup Parmesan, cream cheese, salt and pepper. Place in a greased baking dish. Top with panko and remaining Parmesan. Bake15 minutes until browned and bubbling.
