2 bags of fresh cranberries
2 oranges, cut into pieces, do not remove rinds
1 apple, cored, and cut into large chunks
1 large box of cherry gelatin (6oz)
½ cup of sugar
½ cup of chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar in hot water in a 9 x 11 pan and chill to let it begin to set slightly. Put your cranberries and oranges in small bunches in your food processor to make into small pieces. Pour into jello, add diced apples and nuts. Let set for several hours.
