1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb butter
1 c olive oil
1/2 c chopped parsley
cayenne pepper
salt & cracked pepper
3 bay leaves
3 T worcestershire sauce
1 T basil
2 T tarragon vinegar
1 12oz can beer
5 lb jumbo shrimp unshelled with heads on

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in butter and olive oil in large pan. Mix in parsley, cayenne, black pepper, salt to taste, bay leaves, worcestershire sauce, basil, vinegar and beer. Add shrimp. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until shrimp are pink and pull away from shell. Do not overcook. Serve warm on a platter with sauce.
