1 Small Red Onion (chopped)
2 Potatoes (cut into squares)
2 cups water
2 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt
1 Tbsp Garlic Pepper Gounded

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/4 cup Earth's Balance Vegan Butter in Large pan. Add 1 Small Red Onion. Pan Sear until the onions are browned with spatula. Add 2 Potatoes cut into squares. Mix with spatula. Add 2 Tbsp seasoning salt. A 1 Tbsp Grounded garlic Pepper. Mix until Potatoes are browned. Add 2 cups of Water. Mix. Placed lid over pan Bring to a boil Reduce to medium low heat. Allow to steam down for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Serve
