6 chicken thighs, bone-in or boneless
3 cups potatoes, cut into wedges or in large cubes
2 cups carrots, sliced or baby carrots
½ teaspoon salt
1 12-ounce jar of chicken gravy
1½ cups peas, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
In crockpot add chicken thighs, potatoes, and carrots. Sprinkle with salt and chicken gravy. Cook on low for 8 hours. Stir in peas. Cook 15 minutes longer.

Note: I have used leftover gravy from another dinner and I have also mixed-up the dry package of gravy mix and it all works.
