Three fourths cup sugar
1 tbsp. flour
½ tsp. salt
⅔ cup pineapple juice (reserved from drained pineapple tidbits)
1 cup cooked Acini di Pepe (macaroni)
3 (11 ounce.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (15 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained and reserve juice
1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup miniature marshmallows, can be white or colored

Directions:
Directions:
In small saucepan, mix sugar, flour, and salt; stir in pineapple juice and beaten egg. Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly till thickened. Add lemon juice. Set aside & cool.
Cook Acini di Pepe pasta according to package directions. Drain.
Combine cooked mixture with cooked and drained Acini di Pepe. Cover and place in refrigerator till chilled.
Combine remaining ingredients (mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits, Cool Whip, & miniature marshmallows) and stir lightly.
Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
