1 can of chickpeas

¼ cup of flaxseed

1 tbsp. chia seeds

¼ cup of penut butter (organic prefered)

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. cinnamon

¼ cup of dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp. quick oats or hemp hearts

½ cup almond milk

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and rince chickpeas then throw into a food processor or blender and add milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth.

Poor mixture into a bowl, then add in penut butter, flax, chia, oats or hemp hearts and cinnamon, once smooth add in chocolate chips.

Be sure to keep refrigerated.

This is one of my favourite snacks! If you are not a fan of chickpeas, this is a healthy and very tasty way to get your chickpeas in! If you dont enjoy the texture and dont enjoy eating it by the spoon, apply some of the dough onto a organic gram cracker, or a plain rice cake!
