1 Cup Butter softened
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup White Sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 TBS Vanilla
1 TBS Molasses (or Karo Syrup)
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Salt
3 Cups Oats
1 Cup Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugars together on medium speed until smooth. Add the eggs and mix on high until combined. Add the vanilla and molasses and mix on high until combined. Set aside.

Toss the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together. Add to the wet ingredients and mix on low until combined.

Hand mix in the Oats and Raisins until mixed. Chill the dough for an hour.

Preheat over to 350 and line with parchment paper.

Roll balls of dough and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 11 - 13 minutes or until very lightly browned on the sides. The centers will look very soft and undone. Remove from the oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
