1 b. ground sirloin
1 small onion grated
¼ to ½ cup Panko bread crumbs
Sherry wine
1 egg
salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and cook in pan spread with Pam until well cooked. Add sherry just enough to cover bottom of the pan and let the burgers simmer in the sherry- turning them until the sherry is gone.
