¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. fresh ginger, minced and peeled
¼ tsp. each salt and black pepper
¼ tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
⅔ cup apricot jam
4 bone in- chicken breast pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together soy sauce, vegetable oil, vinegar, ginger, salt,red pepper and apricot jam to make a marinade. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag: pour marinade over chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator at least one hour. remove chicken from marinade. grill chicken approximately 6 minutes each side, basting with leftover marinade until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 º F.
