4 cloves
2 elachi (green cardamom)
1 brown cardamom
Small piece of grated ginger
Small piece of grated cinnamon
2 ½ cups of water
Loose leaf black tea
Sugar
Light or heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crush spices. Put spices in water and bring to a boil. Simmer the spices for 20-30 minutes while covered. Add 1tsp of tea and let boil again. Add sugar to taste. Boil once or twice. Then add cream. Boil it three or four times. Chai is now ready. Strain chai and enjoy!
