2 cups vanilla wafers
2 Tbsp cocoa
1½ cups confectioners sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 Tbsp white corn syrup
½ cup rum, bourbon or brandy
Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs, cocoa, 1 cup sugar and pecans well
Mix corn syrup and rum, and add to crumb mixture. Mix together well.
Shape into 1" balls , and roll into remaining confectioners sugar

Put into metal box for approximately 12 hours
Will keep 4-5 weeks
