2 cups seasoned croutins
3 Tbl butter, melted
2-10 oz. pkgs frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 cup 4 oz. cupbed Velveeta
1 can cream of muchroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Toss slightly crushed croutons with melted butter. Set aside. Cook broccoli in water and drain well. Broccoli should not be completely cooked. Over medium heat, cook cheese and soup until cheese is melted, stirring often. Stir in broccoli. Pour into ungreased 1 ½ quart pan. Sprinkle croutons over top. Bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and hot.
