8 oz cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
˝ lb. butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
˝ teaspoon cinnamon
˝ teaspoon lemon juice
1 lb. wide egg noodles, cooked, drained
1 cup raisins (optional)
cornflake crumbs
3 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar and butter together. Add vanilla, cinnamon and lemon juice. Mix in noodles and raisins. Put in 8x8 baking pan (I usually use a 9x12 pan). Top with crumbs and small dabs of butter. Bake for 1 hour. Serve hot or cold. Can be made ahead and frozen.
