One pound of hot pork sausage
2 cups bisquick
1 pound sharp cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion
1 minced jalapeño
Red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion and jalapeño and mix with sausage, bisquick, and shredded cheese. Roll into walnut sized balls and place on cookie sheet. (I sometimes cover it with parchment paper). Bake at 350º for 25 minutes until golden brown and the sausage is cooked through.
