One stick butter
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup milk
3 cups quick oats
1 cup nuts or 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Measure and mix oats, nuts and coconut in a large mixing bowl.
Mix butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly until mixture reaches roiling boil stage. Boil for one minute.
Pour chocolate mixture into dry goods mixture. Stir well and quickly. Drop 1/2 teaspoons of cookie mix on wax paper.
Cool, then chill in fridge.
