One box seasoned croutons
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 pound cooked crumbled bacon
1 pound cooked crumbed sausage
1 chopped onion
8 eggs
1 pint half and half
1 1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer as follows:
1st Layer: One box seasoned croutons
2nd Layer: Cheddar, pepper jack, and Swiss cheese
3rd Layer: Bacon, sausage, chopped onion
4th Layer: Beat eggs, half and half, milk, mustard and salt and pepper and pour on top.
Bake for 40-45 minutes at 325º.
