One-half cup red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1/4 cup sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 cans (5 ounces each) chunk white chicken, drained
1 cup shredded cheese
2/3 cup cream of mushroom soup
2 cans (8 count each) crescent rolls

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º.
Chop bell pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts and onion. Add 1 tbsp. of water and saute' for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, flake chicken with sautéed vegetables, shredded cheese and soup and mix well.
Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into 16 triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on a round stoneware sheet. Have the wide ends overlapping in the center with the points of the triangle to the outside, leaving a circle opening in the center. Scoop the mixture around the widest part of the dough. Bring the points over the filling and tuck. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
