1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
6 Tbsp butter, melted
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
In a small mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar.
Add to flour mixture, stir until blended.
Pour batter onto preheated and lightly greased waffle iron.
Baking times depend on iron and preferred crispness of waffles
