4 c. Sugar.
2 stick butter
1 c. Milk

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Stirring constantly until it comes to a full boil. Boil "only" 3 min.
Turn off heat add 2 t. Vanilla and a whole bag of chocolate chip. Stir until melted, than add 5 c. Instant Oats. Place by Tablespoon
on wax paper.
