4 medium zucchini
1 medium onion
3 large cloves garlic
⅛ tsp. hot pepper
½ to ¾ tsp. oregano
1 small can tomato paste
¼ cup Parmasan cheese
1 can diced tomatoes
Olive oil, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a dutch over heat olive oil, add garlic and onion simmer, add zucchini, oregano, hot pepper and tomato past simmer till zucchini is tender. Add Parmasan cheese and simmer 5 more minutes.
