4 C. All Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 C. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C. Butter
3 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
In a bowl mix together Flour, Baking Soda, Salt.. Sift together gently and set aside.
Cream together Butter, Sugar, Vanilla using electric mixer.
Add Eggs one at a time, continue blending until Eggs are well incorporated.
Add Flour mixture one cup at a time. Blend until well mixed.
Roll out dough onto a lightly floured surface. Roll to about ¼" thick.
Using your desired cooking shapes, cut out cookies and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for approx 8-10 minutes. Cookies should be only slightly brown.
Decorated as desired.

We have a great time making these with my daughter Lily. She loves picking out the cookie cutters
